GSECL Plant Attendant Salary Details

Finally appointed candidates under the GSECL Plant Attendant Recruitment are entitled to a fixed Remuneration of Rs.17,500/- per month for the 1st Year, Rs.19,000/- for the second year, and for the 3rd, 4th, and 5th year it shall be Rs.20,500/-. No other allowance or benefits would be provided. However, Reimbursement of TA/DA as per GSO-333 dated 03.02.2003 would be admissible.

Career Prospective 

The selected Plant Attendants will be initially appointed for the period of five years as GSECL Vidyut Sahayak (Plant Attendant Gr.-I). On satisfactory completion of five years as Vidyut Sahayak, they will be considered for appointment to the post of Plant Attendant Gr.-I on the regular establishment, on the pay scale of Rs. 26000- 56600.
