Step 1: Register on the SSC Online Portal

Step 4: Fill Personal Details

Fill your personal Details & after successful verification of mobile and email OTP, clicking the 'Save & Next' button. Make sure no fields are left blank and that all information is correct. This step is crucial for the accuracy of your application.  

Step 5: Log in

Log in using the Registration Number and Password during the registration process. Upon the first login, users will be prompted to change their password. After successfully changing the password, they will be redirected to the login page, where they must log in again using their Registration Number and the newly changed password.

Step 6: Additional Details & Declaration

Upon successful password change, users will be redirected to the additional details page where users have to fill additional details & then after carefully reading the declaration, users should check “Preview OTR” 'I agree,' then click on 'Declare' to submit the declaration. Upon successful submission, users will be redirected to the dashboard.  

Step 7: Apply Now

Click on ‘Apply’ in ‘Stenographer Grade “C” & “D” Examination 2025’ Section under ‘Live Exam’ tab. The Information in columns at S No-1 to 18 will be automatically filled from your One- time Registration Data which is non-editable. However, if you want to modify any of One-time Registration details, click on ‘Modify Registration. 

Step 8: Upload Photograph

Upload a recent photograph in JPEG/JPG format. Ensure the image meets the specified dimensions and is clear. This photograph will be used for your identification.

Step 9: Upload Signature

Upload a clear signature with a file size of 10 KB to 20 KB in JPEG/JPG format. The image should meet the specified dimensions. This signature will be used for verification purposes.

Step 10: Agree and Verify

While seeing the Preview, you may kindly check all the details entered are correct and that instructions regarding photograph/ signature as mentioned above at various places and Verify the information provided by you

Step 11: Submit Application

After verifying the details, complete your declaration by clicking on the “I agree” check box and filling up the captcha code. On verification of the correctness of your application data as visible in Preview, proceed with “Submit Application”. 

Step 12: Access Payment Links
