Steps to Apply For IDBI Junior Assistant Manager Recruitment 2025

Candidates who wish to apply for the IDBI Junior Assistant Manager Recruitment 2025 must follow a few simple steps to complete the application process. Follow the step-by-step guide below to ensure a smooth and error-free submission.

Step 1: Apply Online at Official Website

Candidates must apply only through online mode on the official IDBI Bank website between May 8 and May 20, 2025. Applications submitted by any other method will not be accepted. 

Step 2: Keep Email ID and Mobile Number Active

Applicants should have a valid email ID and mobile number that must remain active until the recruitment process is complete. The bank will use these details to send important updates like call letters and exam notifications.

Step 3: Scan Required Documents

Before applying, scan your passport-size photo, signature, left thumb impression, and a handwritten declaration. All scans must follow the specifications provided in the official notification (Annexure 1).

Step 4: Write the Declaration in Your Own Handwriting

Candidates must write the following declaration in their own handwriting (not in capital letters):
"I, (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required."

Step 5: Submit Only One Application

Only one valid application is allowed. If multiple applications are submitted, the latest complete one will be considered, and earlier fees will be forfeited.

Step 6: Visit the Official Website

Go to www.idbibank.in → Careers → Current Openings → Click on Recruitment of Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’ – 2025-26 – Phase I → Then click on Apply Online.

Step 7: Register and Save Credentials

Click on ‘Click here for New Registration’ and enter your basic details. The system will generate a Provisional Registration Number and Password, which will also be sent to your email and mobile number.

Step 8: Use “Save and Next” Option

If you can’t complete the form in one go, use the ‘Save and Next’ option to save the data entered so far. Carefully review the details before final submission.

Step 9: Verify All Details Carefully

Double-check all details like name, date of birth, category, and contact information. Once submitted, no changes can be made. Also, make sure your name matches the one on your official documents.

Step 10: Upload Documents

Upload your scanned photo, signature, thumb impression, and handwritten declaration as per the official guidelines.

Step 11: Preview Your Application

Click on the Preview tab to review the entire application. If needed, make changes before clicking the Complete Registration button.

Step 12: Make the Payment Online

Click on the Payment tab and proceed to pay the application fee using the online mode only. Once the payment method is chosen, it cannot be changed.
