The Bank of India (BOI) Apprentice Exam 2025 is scheduled for April 13, 2025 (Sunday) at 11:00 AM in an online remote proctored mode. Candidates who have successfully paid the application fee/intimation charges are advised to take a demo test using the provided link to familiarize themselves with the exam platform. The BFSI Sector Skill Council of India (BFSI SSC) will send the final test link and exam guidelines to registered email IDs on April 12, 2025, between 08:00 AM and 10:00 AM. If any candidate does not receive the email by 11:00 AM on April 12, they should contact [email protected] with their NATS Enrolment Number, registered email ID, and mobile number.

Candidates must apply online through the NATS portal between 01.03.2025 and 28.03.2025. The application process involves registration, form submission, and fee payment. Follow the steps below to complete your application.
Candidates must first register on the NATS portal (https://nats.education.gov.in) by navigating to the “Student Register/Login” section and creating their account.
After successful registration, candidates must log in to the NATS portal, go to “Apply against advertised vacancies,” and apply for the Bank of India Apprenticeship as per the notification.
Eligible candidates will receive an email from [email protected] within 48 hours with a link to complete the “Application cum Examination Fee Form,” where they must enter personal details, select a zone, and pay the required fee.
After submitting the application, candidates should note down their NATS Enrolment ID for future reference. If any issues arise during registration, they can refer to the help manual available on the portal.
After fee payment, candidates will receive an email confirmation with a copy of their filled application form within 48 hours. They must keep a copy of the application form for future reference.
The application process will be considered complete only after the examination fee is successfully deposited with BFSI SSC. Candidates should note down their acknowledgment number for future use.
Candidates who have paid the examination fee will receive an email notification from BFSI SSC with the exam date and time.
The exam will be conducted online, and candidates must use a desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone with a front camera to appear for the test.

The selection process for Bank of India Apprentice Notification 2025 consists of two stages. Candidates can find the details about the two stages of Bank of India apprentice recruitment.
The online exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions covering General/Financial Awareness, English Language, Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude, and Computer Knowledge. The total duration of the exam is 90 minutes, and except for the English test, all sections will be available in English and Hindi. The English Language test is of qualifying nature, meaning its marks will not be counted for merit list preparation. The minimum qualifying marks will be decided by the bank, with a 5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates. The bank reserves the right to modify the exam structure as per requirements.
Candidates applying for vacancies in a particular state must be proficient in at least one local language of that state, covering reading, writing, speaking, and understanding. This test will be conducted after qualifying the online exam. Candidates who fail the language test will not be considered for apprenticeship. However, candidates who have studied the local language in 10th or 12th standard and can provide a valid certificate or mark sheet will be exempted from this test.
