The application process for the AIIMS Paramedical Exam is completely online through the Prospective Applicants Advanced Registration (PAAR) system.The application process needs to be completed in two parts - Basic Registration and Final Registration. The steps have been explained below.

The admission to the BSc Paramedical Courses at AIIMS is through the AIIMS Paramedical Examination. Candidates who qualify the examination will be called for the choice filling and seat allocation. The order of online Seat Allocation will be General/EWS/OBC (NCL)/SC/ST.
The candidates applying for the exam must fulfil the required AIIMS Paramedical eligibility in terms of age, qualification, etc. Details of the same are given below.

Candidates preparing for the recruitment must plan their preparation strategy according to the AIIMS Paramedical Syllabus. The syllabus assesses the candidate’s knowledge of Physics, Chemistry, and either Mathematics or Biology as per the subject opted by the candidate. The syllabus is based on the class 12th-level syllabus for the said subjects.
The AIIMS Paramedical Call Letter will be released on 20th June 2025. The admit card is made available on AIIMS website only. Candidates must download and print the hall ticket and carry its copy to the exam centre, or else their entry will be barred. The exam date, shift timing, and exam centre details are mentioned on the admit card.
The AIIMS Paramedical cut off marks are the benchmark to determine whether the candidates have qualified the exam or not. The cut off marks vary from year to year depending on various factors such as vacancies, number of candidates appearing, difficulty level of exams etc. The candidates must score more than the category-wise cut off to be eligible for the seat allocation and admission process.
The AIIMS Paramedical Answer key is released a few days after the exam is completed. The answer key contains answers to the questions asked in the exam. It serves as a reference for the candidates to verify their responses and estimate their scores in the exam. The board releases a provisional and a final answer key. Candidates can raise objections against the provisional answer key within the specified duration.
