The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) has the authority to release WB JEE Syllabus and decide WB JEE paper pattern. The WBJEE exam syllabus consists of 3 subjects- Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. WB JEE is a state-level engineering entrance exam conducted offline as an OMR-based examination. WBJEE Exam Pattern 2025
The knowledge of exam patterns is the most crucial. A candidate must understand the paper pattern completely and in-depth to avoid losing many marks in negative marking. The WBJEE exam is conducted offline. The exam paper for WBJEE will consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).

There are 2 papers in the WBJEE exam. Paper 1 is about Mathematics, and paper 2 is about physics and chemistry. Each section has a different weight. Check the section-wise weightage in the table below:
