The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) releases the WB JEE 2025 cut off marks. All the candidates who score higher than the declared WBJEE cutoff marks will be eligible to apply for colleges accepting WB JEE scores. The college decides the cutoff for a particular course depending on the average scores obtained by the applicants in the entrance exam and the number of seats. Every college has a certain number or percentage of seats reserved for candidates belonging to various reserved categories. WB JEE College Wise Cut off

The WB JEE cutoff is the minimum mark required by a candidate in the WBJEE to secure a seat in one of the colleges participating in the admission procedure. The candidates must score above the cutoff marks and the qualifying marks to stand eligible for admission to a particular college and the course offered. WB JEE 2025: Opening and Closing Ranks 

Opening Rank is the first rank in the merit list at which the candidate is considered eligible to apply for the college with that cutoff for its particular course. As soon as one set of the selection lists is released and the candidates appear for the counselling, another list with the next set of qualifying rank candidates is invited for admissions similarly. The same process continues until all the vacant seats in the course are filled. The rank of the last candidate to secure admission in the particular course is the Closing Rank.

The qualifying cutoff mark is the minimum mark a candidate must score in the WBJEE exam to stand eligible for admission to any course offered by the college. Factors Affecting the WB JEE 2025 cutoff
