The WBJEE Exam 2025 will be conducted on April 27, 2025 in two sessions - Paper 1 (11 am to 1 pm) and Paper 2 (2 pm to 4 pm). Candidates can access the WBJEE 2025 admit card from the official website by following the step-by-step process outlined below.

Step 1- Visit the official website at https://wbjeeb.nic.in/.

Step 2- Search for the Download WB JEE Admit Card link on the portal.

Step 3- After clicking on it, a login page will appear.

If case the admit card gets misplaced before the exam, candidate can easily re-download it from the official WBJEE portal, providing the required credentials, and taking enough printouts. How To Apply For Duplicate WBJEE Admit Card 2025? 

Only up until the exam day can candidates request the creation of duplicate WB JEE admission cards. Go through the below points to know about the process. 

• The Board will issue a duplicate admit card if a candidate requests one after the exam, but only for a period of 60 days following the announcement of the results.

• The candidates must submit an application to the Board and pay a processing fee of 500 INR by bank draft made out to "West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board" and payable in Kolkata.

Things To Carry On Exam Day

All candidates must bring the WBJEE documents required at the exam center for verification purposes. Applicants have to bring a valid ID for identity verification. The accepted identification documents are mentioned below: 

• A copy of the WB JEE Admit Card 
• One of the Government-issued ID Proofs (Passport/Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Driving Licence/Voter ID Card)

Based on decisions made during the registration process, centres are assigned. The centre is chosen at the Board's discretion and is considered final. The request to modify the center will not be considered under any circumstances. Any examination zone may be removed from the list if there are insufficient candidates or due to other unforeseen circumstances.

WB JEE 2025 - Guidelines to be Followed Inside the Examination Hall

All the candidates appearing for the exam should adhere to the instructions mentioned by the institute. Candidates should remember the following points when they enter the examination hall. 

• Candidates are strongly advised to reach the exam center of WB JEE at least 45 minutes before and proceed to their allotted seats. 
• The candidate must show, valid admit card for entry into the examination hall. A candidate without a valid admit card will not be permitted to enter the examination hall under any circumstances.
• No candidate should carry digital devices like mobile phones, calculators, digital watches, tablets, earphones, etc. Candidates found with any such device will not be permitted in the exam. 
• Candidates must carry their stationery items; sharing any item with another candidate is not permitted. They are not allowed to interact with or borrow items from anyone.
• Candidates should keep quiet in the exam hall and not interact with other candidates.
