The UPESSC Assistant Professor B.Ed Application Form 2025 must be submitted online. The registration has started on 23rd May 2025, and the last date for form submission is 14th June 2025. The steps to apply for the UPESSC Assistant Professor Recruitment are:

UPESSC Assistant Professor B.Ed  Eligibility

Candidates applying for the UPESSC Assistant Professor B.Ed post must fulfil the following eligibility requirements:

• The age of the applicants must be 62 years.
• Master's degree in Science/Mathematics/Social Science/Commerce/Language with 55% marks (for B.Ed. Teaching) Master's degree in the relevant subject in the field of specialization with 55% marks (for M.Ed. Teaching).
•  M.Ed. degree with 55% marks. Or Master's degree in Education (M.A. Education) with 55% marks and B.Ed./B.L.Ed. or any other equivalent and recognized degree with 55% marks.
• Ph.D. in Education or passed NET or equivalent examination conducted by the University Grants Commission (UGC).

UPHESC Assistant Professor Eligibility (Other Subjects)

The upper age limit allowed for the applicants is 62 years (as on the closing date of the application process).

• The applicants must have a master's degree in the concerned subject.
• She/he must have qualified UGC NET/ CSIR NET or SLET/SET.
• The applicants must possess the qualifications as mentioned below.

UPESSC Assistant Professor Selection Process 2025

The selection of candidates for the post of Assistant Professor will be based on a Written Exam and an Interview. The details of the selection process are listed below.

Written Exam

The written exam carries 200 marks. It will be an objective-type exam. The test assesses the candidate's general knowledge and optional subjects.

Interview

The interview carries 30 marks. Candidates who qualify the written exam will be called for the interview.

The UPHESC Assistant Professor written exam will have objective-type questions. The exam carries 200 marks, with no negative marking for wrong answers.​

UPHESC Assistant Professor Salary 

The salary of the appointed candidates will be in the range of INR 15600 - INR 39100. The Grade Pay will be INR 6000.
