UKSSSC Assistant Accountant Eligibility Criteria 

The candidates need to satisfy the following UKPSC Assistant Accountant eligibility  before applying. Applicants who do not fulfill these requirements will be disqualified from selection.

UKSSSC Assistant Accountant Educational Qualification

The candidate must have completed either of the following qualifications from a recognized university to be eligible for the post of Uttarakhand Assistant Accountant.

The age must be between 21 to 42 years as of 1st July 2022. The relaxations in upper age limit for reserved category applicants are allowed as follows:

Nationality

The candidate must be either of the following to be eligible for the said post

• Indian national
• Tibetan refugee migrated to India before 1st January 1962
• an Indian origin person migrated to India with intentions of permanent settlement from Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, United Republic of Tanzania

Other Eligibility Details

• The candidate must possess good conduct and character.
• He/she must be in a good state of physical and mental health.
• Male candidates with more than one alive spouse are ineligible.
• Similarly, female candidates married to an already married spouse cannot apply.
• Must have CCC certification in Computer for the post of Auditor.
• Should have the knowledge of Devanagiri Script.

UKSSSC Assistant Accountant Selection Process

The UKSSSC Assistant Accountant selection process, as per the latest pattern, includes a written examination, typing test, and document verification. The written exam consists of objective-type questions on Accounting, General Hindi, and General Knowledge. Candidates who qualify the written exam must also pass a Hindi typing test, which is qualifying in nature. Only those clearing both stages are called for document verification. UKSSSC Assistant Accountant Exam Pattern 

The UKSSSC Assistant Accountant Exam pattern consists of two main stages: a written examination and a qualifying Hindi typing test. Candidates must have a typing speed of at least 4000 key depression per hour. The written exam is objective in nature and divided into two parts: Commerce-related subjects (Paper I) and General Hindi and General Studies (Paper II). Each paper carries 100 marks, making a total of 200 marks. The duration for each paper is 2 hours. Candidates must score minimum qualifying marks in both papers to proceed. After qualifying the written exam, candidates must clear the Hindi typing test on a computer. Final selection is based on written exam performance and document verification.
