TSPSC Staff Nurse Exam Pattern 2024 (Expected)

The board authorities of TSPSC have not published the exam pattern 2024, but the students can expect the exam pattern to be the same as the previous year’s. The TSPSC Staff Nurse exam pattern is illustrated below:

The TSPSC Staff Nurse Exam will be held in two consecutive parts:

Part I: General Studies and General Abilities

Part II: Nursing Studies

• Part I includes 50 questions for 50 marks. You will get multiple-choice questions with a no negative marking system.
• Successful candidates of Part I will be called for the Part II exam. This test will be based on Nursing Knowledge and Patient Care studies. Part II exam includes 100 questions for 100 marks.
• The total marks for the written exam is 150 and the time duration is 2 hours and 30 mins.
• Paper I is bilingual i.e. Telugu and English both, whereas Paper II can only be attempted in English. 

TSPSC Staff Nurse Selection Process 2024

The main objective of the selection process is to evaluate the abilities, skills, and knowledge of every individual aspirant so that the right candidate gets selected for the post. The most important part of the selection process is the main exam and candidates need to be dedicated to their studies to qualify for the main exam.

The final selection is done on 70% weightage in written examination and 30% weightage on experience. The criteria for giving weightage for Government Service (Experience) is mentioned below for the convenience of the candidates. This selection process is given as per previous year's trend. If there is any changes in the process for the upcoming cycle, it will be updated on this page.

TSPSC will announce a merit list containing the names of successful candidates. The authority will also create a merit list as per the district-wise community. Selected candidates will be invited for document verification as a significant part of the selection process.
