What is PUBDET?

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board was established in 1962. The board conducts all the major entrance examinations in the state of West Bengal for admission to various courses across universities and colleges. The WBJEEB conducts the Presidency University Bachelor's Degree Entrance Test. The PUBDET is conducted to select candidates for various BA and BSc programmes and Hons. programmes in the Presidency University of Kolkata. The Presidency University consists of one college and 8 constituent subject schools.
