The Law School Admission Test (LSAT) Results for the June LSAT were released on the official website of the Law School Admission Council (LSAC). Candidates can view their LSAT Exam Results by logging in to the admission portal. Candidates can use this score for admission to several private law colleges affiliated with the LSAC. These participating colleges will in turn use the scores and publish a merit list according to which candidates will be selected for different LSAT programmes.

LSAT Result 2022 Date and Time

The LSAT exams are conducted in sessions. As per the trends of LSAT Results 2021, the LSAT results are published within a few weeks of the LSAT Exam. How to Check LSAT 2022 Result?

Candidates have to log in to the admission portal to view their results. The LSAT Results are available online only. Candidates should make sure to check their results on the official website only. The below-mentioned steps can be followed to check your results. All the candidates who wish to get admission to different programmes of law can follow the same steps to view their results.

Step 1: Visit the Official Website.

Step 2: Select the “Access Scorecard” option.

Step 3: Log in using the candidates’ credentials.

Step 4: The result will be visible on the screen.

Step 5: Candidates can download the result PDF and take printouts of the same.

LSAT Result 2022 - Rank List

The LSAC does not publish any rank list after the exam. The further procedures of the examination are done by the participating colleges. After the score collection from the website, candidates can apply for the law colleges with the LSAT Scores. The universities/ institutes will publish a merit list based on this score. All the further processes of admission are carried out by the participating universities/ institutes.

LSAT Seat Matrix

The LSAT Results are accepted by a total of 27 colleges. This includes both LSAT Associated Law Schools and LSAT Affiliated Colleges. These institutes use the LSAT Score to select candidates for various law programmes. The available seats for each of the LSAT Associates Law Schools are given below. The seats for each course in the affiliated colleges are decided by the college as per the admission process.

LSAT Result 2022 - Percentile Calculation

The LSAT scorecard will have three important details in it. They are the Scaled Score, Score Band and Percentile. The scaled score is calculated according to the number of questions answered correctly by the candidates. The score of the candidate is converted into a scale of 420 - 480 for this purpose. The score band will have details about the efficiency of the candidates in skills that have been tested by the LSAT. The last one is the Percentile. The percentile is calculated and displayed with the scorecard itself. The percentile is calculated for each candidate by comparing their performance with other candidates in the same group. The score obtained by a candidate, the total number of candidates obtaining lesser marks, and the total number of candidates who appeared in the exam, are the factors used to calculate the percentile. 

Tie-Breaking Rule for LSAT 2022 Result

The LSAT does not provide any rank list or merit list of the candidates. Therefore it doesn’t have a specific tie-breaking rule. As per the scaled score, score band and percentile of the candidates, the participating universities/ institutes release the merit list. Therefore, the tie-breaking rule for those merit lists is decided by the institutes individually.
