The Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research, Puducherry (JIPMER) conducted the JIPMER entrance exam for PG courses. How to Download the JIPMER 2022 Admit Card?

The candidates must download the admit card for JIPMER that is released by the exam conducting body on the official website. The candidate must download the admit card to attend the exam. Otherwise, the candidate will not be permitted to attend the exam. Candidates can follow the steps given below to download the admit card for JIPMER:

Step 1: The candidate will have to visit the exam website to avail of the admit card.

Step 2: The candidate will be directed to the NEET page, and the candidates will have to log in.

Step 3: Candidates must then complete the following to download their admit cards: Application number, Date of Birth, and Security Pin.

Step 4: The JIPMER NEET admit card will be displayed upon entering the details. Candidates are advised to verify the details.

• The Admit Card is issued provisionally to the candidates, subject to the fulfillment of the eligibility conditions. 
• The candidate has to download the Admit Card from the NTA website and appear for the Examination at the given Centre on the Date and timing as indicated in their Admit Card. 
• No candidate will be allowed to appear at the Examination Centre, on the Date and Timing other than that allotted to him/her in his / her Admit Card. 
• In case a candidate is unable to download his/ her Admit Cards from the website, he or she may approach the Help Line between 10:00 am to 05.00 pm or write an email to NTA at neet@nta.ac.in. 
• The candidates are advised to read the instructions given in this Information Bulletin as well as on the Admit Card carefully and follow them scrupulously during the conduct of the examination. 
• In case of any discrepancy in the particulars of the candidate or his/her photograph and signatures shown in the Admit Card and Confirmation Page, the candidate may immediately approach the Help Line between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm. 
• In such cases, candidates would appear in the Examination with the already downloaded Admit Card. However, NTA will take necessary action to make corrections in the record later.

• No Candidate shall carry/keep with him/her mobile phone, I-pad, palmtop, pager, books, study material, printed or handwritten material, pieces of paper, digital diary, watch alarms, Bluetooth, health band, smartwatch, scientific and programmable calculators, listening devices and recording or photographic devices or any kind of communication device/gadget, or any other reference material, etc. during the Examination.

JIPMER 2022 Admit Card: How to Retrieve a Forgotten Registration Number?

Candidates often forget their login information, which is required to download their JIPMER NEET Admit Card 2022. If the candidate did forget the login information, the candidate just needs to enter their registered email id to generate a new password. The candidates need not worry as they can recover their login information by following the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: On the log-in page of the NEET Registration, click on the "forgot password" or “forgot application number” link according to the candidate’s need.

Step 2: Enter the asked credentials, like the registered mobile number and email address.

JIPMER 2022 Admit Card: How to Download if You Do Not Have Access to the Internet?

A candidate must need internet access to download the JIPMER Admit Card 2022. If the candidate doesn’t have the admit card, he/she will not be allowed to attend the exam. The candidate can download the admit card in any browsing center available to them if they don't have internet access. 

What if Candidates Misplace their JIPMER Admit Card?

It will be troublesome if a candidate forgets where he/she has kept the JIPMER Admit Card before the exam. This is the reason the candidates must take at least 2-3 printouts of the admit card. Candidates who do not have a hard copy of the NEET admit card will not be permitted to attempt the exam.

If the candidate does not have the hard copy but the soft copy, they can take the soft copy. Candidates who have misplaced their admit card can download the NEET admit card from the exam conducting body's official website and take a printout of it. Only candidates who can provide their admit cards at the exam center will be permitted to attempt the exam.

JIPMER 2022 Admit Card: Important Points to Remember

The following are the important key points that must be followed by all candidates before leaving for the exam center. Candidates should remember these points to write the exam without difficulties. These instructions can be followed to avoid unnecessary confusion on the day of the examination.

• Entry will NOT be permitted beyond the reporting time under any circumstance. The exam venues will be in a perimeter of 25 to 30 km from the main city. 
• The candidates are advised to visit the exam venue one day before the examination to familiarize themselves with the location of the Exam center.
• Candidates will NOT be permitted to leave the exam hall before (i.e., time of close of examination) except in case of acute health-related issues.
• Candidates should carry ONLY Admit card/Hall Ticket along with Valid Identity proof (in original) and photocopy (Xerox) of the same ID proof inside the hall. No other paper will be allowed inside the hall. 
• Candidates will NOT be allowed to enter the examination centre without a valid Admit card/Hall Ticket & Valid ID Proof.
• Valid ID Proof: ID Proof other than those mentioned below will NOT be permitted /accepted under any circumstances.

JIPMER Admit Card 2022 - Guidelines for parents

JIPMER 2022 - Guidelines to be followed inside the exam hall

All the candidates appearing for the exam should adhere to the instructions mentioned by the institute. Candidates should remember the following points when they enter the examination hall. It is desired that the candidates follow instructions issued by the NTA strictly. This will help NTA in the fair conduct of the examination.

• The candidates are not allowed to carry the following items inside the Examination Centre under any circumstances. 
• The candidates will be subjected to extensive and compulsory frisking before entering the Examination Centre with the help of highly sensitive metal detectors.
  • a) Any item like textual material (printed or written), bits of papers, Geometry/Pencil Box, Plastic Pouch, Calculator, Pen, Scale, Writing Pad, Pen Drives, Eraser, Calculator, Log Table, Electronic Pen/Scanner, etc. 
  • b) Any communication device like Mobile Phone, Bluetooth, Earphones, Microphone, Pager, Health Band, etc. 
  • c) Other items like Wallet, Goggles, Handbags, Belt, Cap, etc. 
  • d) Any Watch/Wristwatch, Bracelet, Camera, etc. 
  • e) Any ornaments/metallic items. 
  • f) Any food items opened or packed, water bottle, etc. 
  • g) Any other item which could be used for unfair means, by hiding communication devices like a microchip, camera, Bluetooth device, etc. [Note: Any applicable order of Hon’ble Supreme Court/High Courts will be followed in this regard]. 
• The candidates are instructed to follow the following dress code while appearing for NEET (UG) - 2022: 
• If upon screening, it is discovered that any candidate is actually carrying a suspected device within such item of faith, he/ she may be asked not to take it into the examination hall. 
• The candidates wearing articles or objects of faith (customary/ cultural/ religious ) should report at the examination centre atleast two hours before the last reporting time so that there is enough time for proper frisking without any inconvenience to the candidate while maintaining the sanctity of the examination. 
• No arrangement will be made at the Centres for keeping any articles/items belonging to the candidates.
  • Light clothes with long sleeves are not permitted. However in case, candidates come in cultural/ customary dress at the Examination Centre, they should report at least an hour before the last reporting time i.e. 12.30 pm so that there is enough time for proper frisking without any inconvenience to the candidate while maintaining the sanctity of the examination. 
  • Slippers, sandals with low heels are permitted. Shoes are not permitted. 
  • In case of any deviation required due to unavoidable (medical, etc.) circumstances, specific approval of NTA must be taken before the Admit Cards are issued.
