What not to Carry in Haryana Medical Officer Examination 2023?

Applicants are requested to carry only a few things with them while they attend the examination for the post of Haryana Medical Officer. They should carry the admit card and the identity proof for checking in at the examination center. There are certain things that the applicants are not allowed to carry with them while taking the written examination:

• Electronic devices like mobile phones, calculators, headphones, camera, pagers, pendrive, smart watches, bluetooth speakers, etc.
• Any sharp objects like knife, scissors, blade, and nail cutters.
• Rough sheets, stationery items, food and drinks.
• Water bottles, sanitizers should be kept outside the examination hall.
• Caps and socks are not allowed inside the examination hall.
• Applicants must carry any expensive items, or costly materials with them. The authority shall not be responsible for any such items in case it is misplaced or lost at the time of the examination.

Scribe Information for Haryana Medical Officer Admit Card 2023

• An extra/compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour will be allowed in the Haryana Medical Officer Written Examination conducted by the UHS, Rohtak for every applicant who possesses Benchmark Disabilities. He/She has to compulsorily produce a Medical Certificate issued by the Medical Board constituted by the Civil Surgeon of Concerned District followed by official permission from the UHS, Rohtak.
•  All the PwBD applicants who wish to take the help for writing the examination from any scribe need to apply to UHS, Rohtak, separately for the need of a scribe before time. They should apply to the concerned authority at least 10 days before the authority conducts the written examination.
• The candidates have to make his/her own arrangements for their respective scribes.
• The individual who is going to be a scribe for the applicant must be a student from 10=2 standard. His/her personal details, identification, photograph and signature should be properly verified by the Principal of the specific institution in which the student is currently studying.
• No online request for a scribe will be entertained by the concerned department.
• PwBD candidates who want to appear for the test all by themselves (without seeking the help of a scribe), and need some extra time for solving the examination paper, need to apply for that to the authority i.e. UHS, Rohtak, well before in time.
• PwBD candidates, who suffer from Locomotors Disability, and want some more compensatory time, i.e., 20 minutes extra, per hour, will have to apply for a separate permission to the UHS, Rohtak authority. In such cases, the candidates need to produce a medical certificate proving a verified confirmation that the candidate has some issue in his/her writing ability due to some physical disability.
•  The Center Supervisor shall not be responsible for granting any such permission mentioned above.
