AGRICET Application Form 2022 - Know AGRICET Registration Process & Application Fees Here!

The AGRICET application forms for 2022 were released by Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University (ANGRAU) on their official website. Only the candidates who successfully fill out the AGRICET application form will be considered for admission. The candidates who will clear the AGRICET exam will get lateral admission to B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture in Agriculture colleges. The entrance exam will be conducted in an online mode for a duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes. 

• The AGRICET application form was open for all interested candidates from 30th August 2022 to 25th September 2022. Know other important AGRICET exam dates here.

• Candidates are allowed to make the corrections in the AGRICET application form on the 26th and 27th of September 2022.

AGRICET Application Fee

Application fees for AGRICET 2022 can only be paid online. Through payment portals for credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking, the applicants can submit their AGRICET application fees and complete the registration process. In case the candidate fails to pay the fee on time, a late fee of double the amount will have to be paid. The fee details are mentioned in the table below:

How to Apply for the AGRICET Application Process?

Candidates should be aware of the AGRICET 2022 information, which is necessary. Candidates must complete the steps listed below in order to fill out the AGRICET 2022 application form successfully:

Step 1: Pay the AGRICET 2022 application fee by entering basic details such as name, date of birth, contact number, email id, category, and payment option. 

Step 2: Fee Payment status

After you have paid the fees, ensure that the same is updated on the website. In case of failure, contact the respective authorities for the same.

Step 3: Fill out the AGRICET application form

• Login to the website again using your payment id, diploma id, mobile number, and date of birth. 
• Click on 'Proceed to Fill Application' and enter all the information that is missing in the application form. 

Step 4: Take a printout of the AGRICET application form.

• After cross-checking all your details and submitting the form, download the application form. 
• The downloaded form can now be printed at home or at the nearest cyber cafe.

Step 5: Send your application to the official authorities.

The application form needs to be sent to the official authorities after successful compilation. You need to send the form along with the undermentioned documents to:

• Proof of Age (class X pass certificate)
• Class X mark sheet and Diploma Course or Completion Certificate/Diploma issued by the head of the institute.
• Character certificate issued by the Head of the Institute last attended.
• Caste certificate (If applicable)
• Proof of local residence.
• Special category certificate.
• Passport-size photograph.
• Payment acknowledgment slip.

AGRICET Eligibility Criteria

The candidates need to satisfy the AGRICET Eligibility Criteria in order to apply for this exam.

Educational Qualification

The candidates must have passed two years of diplomas in Agriculture/ Seed Technology/ Organic Farming from Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University or from Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University.

Age Limit 

The candidates must be at least 17 years of age and more than 22 years as on 31st December 2022. However, the SC/ST/PH candidates have a relaxation in the upper age limit. Look at the table below:

Do’s

• Candidates must double-check all the information they have entered in the form before submitting their application.

• The candidates must ensure that the documents that they are uploading are clear and recent.
• Ensure that the file size matches the specification of the document as specified in the respective column.

 Don'ts

• Do not press the refresh or back buttons while paying the application fee; if you do so, your payment could not be regarded as successful.
• Don’t leave mandatory details (marked with an asterisk sign) empty.
• Ensure the recheck of the documents before uploading the same on the portal. Make sure that every document is readable.
• Don't fill incorrect test centres available on the official website. Under no circumstances will the assigned centre be modified.
