Union Bank of India has announced the Union Bank Assistant Manager Exam Date 2025. The online exam is scheduled to be held on 22 June 2025. The recruitment drive will fill 250 posts each for Assistant Manager (Credit) and Assistant Manager (IT) in the Junior Management Grade Scale-I (JMGS-I). Candidates who wants to know about the Union Bank of India 2025 Recruitment selection process can do so by reading the following points. The UBI SO Selection process consist of Online Examination/Group Discussion and or Interview. Here are the following selection process as given below.
The online examination will consist of two parts: Part I includes Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Language; Part II focuses on Professional Knowledge. The test will carry a total of 225 marks and last for 150 minutes. All sections except English will be available in both Hindi and English. A penalty of 0.25 marks applies for every wrong answer. Candidates must carry a valid call letter and original ID proof to appear for the exam.
If conducted, the Group Discussion will carry 50 marks, with qualifying scores set at 25 for General/EWS and 22.5 for SC/ST/OBC. It aims to evaluate communication, team coordination, and clarity of thought. Only those who qualify the GD round will be shortlisted for the Personal Interview. Participation alone doesn’t guarantee selection for the next stage.
The Personal Interview will carry 50 marks and assess various skills such as job knowledge, leadership skills, communication, and overall suitability for the role. Minimum qualifying marks are 25 for General/EWS and 22.5 for reserved categories. Candidates will be called in a 1:3 ratio against the number of vacancies. Final selection depends on the combined merit of all applicable stages.
