Applicants must fulfil the IDBI SO Eligibility in order to apply for the Senior IDBI SO post. Candidates not fulfilling any of the IDBI SO Eligibility 2025 will be rejected with immediate effect. Given below are details of the same.
The selection is completely based on the Group Discussion and/or Personal Interview Round. As far as the official notification is concerned, this is the only thing mentioned regarding the selection scheme for the respective posts.
In this stage, the bank screens candidates based on age, educational qualifications, and relevant work experience. Only those who meet the basic eligibility criteria are shortlisted for the next round. This initial screening ensures only suitable profiles move forward in the recruitment process. It is purely qualification and experience-based, with no written test involved.
Shortlisted candidates are called for Group Discussion (GD) and/or Personal Interview (PI). In GD, candidates are evaluated on communication, leadership, and team interaction skills. During the interview, the panel assesses domain knowledge, experience, and suitability for the role. Performance in GD/PI plays a crucial role in the final selection decision.
The final selection depends on the candidate's overall performance in the selection rounds. Only those who clear the GD/PI and meet eligibility and experience criteria will be considered. Medical fitness is also a key part of the final selection stage.
The bank reserves the right to alter or cancel the selection process at any stage.
The IDBI Specialist Officer Salary varies by grade and post.
