MMF:

We know that, Ohm’s law for magnetic circuit states that the MMF is directly proportional to the magnetic flux where reluctance is the constant of proportionality.

MMF = flux × reluctance

flux ∝ MMF  

↓ MMF → ↓ flux

So, MMF decreases with decrease in magnetic flux.
