চারটি সংখ্যা x1, x2, x3, x4 এর সমষ্টি = 37 × 4 = 148
ক্ষুদ্রতম তিনটি সংখ্যা x1, x2, x3 এর গড় = 34
ক্ষুদ্রতম তিনটি সংখ্যা x1, x2, x3 এর সমষ্টি = 34 × 3 = 102
∴ বৃহত্তম সংখ্যা x4 এর মান = 148 – 102 = 46
