Given:

Two adjacent angles of a parallelogram are (3x - 4)° and (3x + 10)°

Concept used:

The sum of adjacent angles of a parallelogram is 180°

Calculation:

⇒ (3x - 4)° + (3x + 10)° = 180°

⇒ 6x + 6 = 180

⇒ x + 1 = 30

⇒ x = 29

The smaller angle = (3x - 4)° = 3(29) - 4 = 83°

∴ The smaller angle is 83°.
