Answer (Detailed Solution Below)
Detailed Solution
Download Solution PDFCalculation:
Let, total students = 360°
According to the given data,
In 2022,
⇒ 93.6° = 15600
So, 360° = 15600/93.6 × 360 = 60000
In 2021,
⇒ 86.4° = 15600
So, 360° = 15600/86.4 × 360 = 65000
Now, percentage change in total number of students = (65000 - 60000)/65000 × 100
⇒ 7.69% ≈ 8%
∴ The correct option is 2.
