Explanation :

1) Exactly three people are sitting to the left of N.

2) O is sitting immediately to the right of N.

3) M and P are immediate neighbours of Q such that M is the fourth to the left of O.

After positioning M, P and Q only one position is left which will be occupied by the only person left i.e R.

Thus, according to the final arrangement R is seated third to the right of P.

Hence, "Third to the right of P" is the correct answer.
