So,

20 - 16 = 24 - 20

4 = 4 (LHS = RHS)

27 - 23 = 31 - 27

15 - 11 = 19 - 15

4 = 4 (LHS = RHS)

14 - 12 = 18 - 14

2 ≠ 4 (LHS ≠ RHS)

Hence, "Option - (4)" is the correct answer.
