रिव्हटिंग आणि रिव्हेट:
- रिव्हटिंग ही दोन किंवा अधिक तुकड्यांचे (धातूच्या पट्ट्या) कायमस्वरूपी सांधे बनविण्याच्या पद्धतींपैकी एक आहे.
- एकत्र जोडल्या जाणार्‍या भागांच्या समान धातूचे रिवेट्स वापरण्याची प्रथा आहे.
- रिव्हेट एक लहान दंडगोलाकार रॉड आहे ज्याला डोके आणि एक टॅपर्ड शेपटी आहे. रिव्हेटच्या मुख्य भागाला शँक म्हणतात.
