How To Download The KEAM 2025 Admit Card?

Candidates have to download the admit cards from the official website. Admit cards will not be sent by post or any other means to the candidates from the office. It is recommended to take more than one printout of the admit card. This will help during any last-minute emergencies.

KEAM Admit Card 2025 Important Instructions

Candidates should download the admit cards carefully and secure them throughout the examination and admission process. Some of the important instructions to be followed by the candidates regarding the KEAM Exam Admit Card are as follows.

• If there are any mistakes in the application form of the candidate, it will be displayed on the candidate’s profile in the admission portal. These mistakes must be corrected within the specified time period.
• The candidates should take printouts of the KEAM admit card well in advance. It should not be kept for the last day.
• Candidates should take colour printouts of the admit card for easy verification in the exam centre.
• Candidates should finish the KEAM application form including the payment of the application fee and rectification of mistakes if any. Only then the KEAM admit cards will be released by the authority.
• The admit card should be downloaded from the official website only. 

Instructions On KEAM 2025 Admit Card

The KEAM Admit Card will contain certain instructions for the candidates. All the instructions provided should be carried out compulsorily. The instructions provided on the admit card are as follows.

• Candidates must bring their admit card and a valid original ID proof to the exam centre.
• Candidates should reach the examination hall well in advance and occupy their allotted seats 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination.
• Candidates can bring only point pens (black or blue) and a clipboard, if needed, to the exam centre.
• Calculators, log tables, electronic communication devices, erasers, pencils, etc. won’t be allowed inside the exam centre.
• As per the prospectus, if any candidate misbehaves, they will be disqualified from the examination and will be given punishment. 
• Candidates have to check whether the Version Code printed on the admit card and the question paper is the same. 
• The version code should be written in the OMR Sheet provided and the bubbles regarding the same should also be darkened.
• The candidates should fill in the Version Code, Roll Number, Question Paper Serial Number, Name of the Candidate and Name of the Subject should be filled and signed in the OMR Sheet provided. 
• The OMR Sheet should be submitted to the exam invigilator after the examination. 
• Candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall 30 minutes late and will not be allowed to leave the examination hall before 30 minutes of the end of the examination.

Retrieve KEAM 2025 Application Number

The candidates should make sure to secure the application number and password throughout the admission process. This will be used for logging in to the candidate’s profile in the admission portal during all of the steps. If the candidates forget the application number, they can follow the steps provided below to retrieve the information. The same steps can be followed to retrieve a forgotten password also. In that case, the candidate should select the “Forgot Password” option in place of “Forgot Application Number”.

To download the admit card, the candidates have to follow all the steps provided in the How to Download KEAM Admit Card section. For that, access to the internet is compulsory. If the candidates do not have access to the internet, they should visit an Internet-cafe to download the admit card. They can also take help from a friend or family member for the same. 

KEAM Admit Card Lost? How To Recover It

Candidates who do not have an admit card won’t be allowed to enter the examination centre for the exam. Therefore, candidates should make sure to keep their admit cards safe with them. If, by any chance, they misplace the admit card, candidates can download the same from the official website itself. It is recommended to take more than one printout of the admit card for such last-minute emergencies. Candidates are also recommended to save a copy of the admit card on their mobile phone or google drive for easy access. 

Things To Carry On KEAM Exam Day

The candidates should carry certain documents and materials to the KEAM exam centre for the examination. The documents and materials to be carried by the candidates are as follows:

• Admit Card 
• School Identity Card/ PAN Card/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ Passport/ Aadhaar Card/ E-Aadhaar/ Class 12 Hall Ticket OR Admit Card/ Bank Passbook (all with Photograph). OR
• A certificate of identity obtained from the Head of the Institution where the candidate completed his/ her/ their Plus Two or from a Gazetted Officer. The certificate should contain a passport-size photograph of the candidate duly attested by the Head of the institution or the Gazetted Officer, as the case may be.

Candidates should be always careful with the admit cards. No candidate will be allowed inside the exam hall without the admit card. Some of the important points to be kept in mind regarding the admit card are as follows:

• The admit cards should be kept safe and clean. Soiled or damaged admit cards won’t be considered valid for the examination.
• All the instructions provided on the admit card should be followed strictly.
• The time and venue of the examination will be provided on the admit card. Reach the venue at least one hour before the commencement of the examination.
• Carry two or three copies of the admit card to avoid any last-minute emergencies.
