Concept:

Let 's' be ωgc

23ωgc2(ωgc2+1)=1

23ωgc(ωgc2+1)=1

23=ωgc(ωgc2+1)

Square on both sides

12=ωgc4+ωgc2

ωgc4+ωgc212=0

Let wgc2=x

x2+x12=0

Solving the equation, we get x = 3, - 4.

So, ωgc=3

Phase margin = 180+G(jw)H(jw)|wgc=3

G(jw)H(jw)=90tan1(wgc1)

G(jw)H(jw)=90tan1(31)

G(jw)H(jw)=9060=150

Phase margin = 180 - 150 = 30°
