The T - network given in the question can be drawn as follows:

By applying KVL at port 1 and 2, we get

V1 = 5I1 + 3I2   ---(1)

V2 = 3I1 + 10I2   ---(2)

By using the above two relations, H parameters can be found as follows:

Putting V2 = 0 in equation (2), we get

\(I_2=-\frac{3}{10}I_1\) ---(3)

Putting the value of equation (3) in equation (1), we get:

\(V_1=5I_1-\frac{9}{10}I_1\)

\(V_1 = \frac{41}{10} I_1\)

V1 = 4.1 I1

\(h_{11}=\frac{V_1}{I_1}\)

h11 = 4.1 Ω 

Putting I1 = 0 in equation (2), we get

\(h_{22}=\frac{I_2}{V_2} = 0.1 ~mho\)
