Concept

:The time period(T) is given by
 T=1/f
Where;
f → frequency
Expression of Current is given by;
I = Imsin(ωt)
Where;
ω =2πf → angular frequency
Im = Maximum current

Calculation:

Given;
f = 50 Hz
T = 1/50 s
Time required to reach zero to 10A for the first time.
     I = Imsin(ωt)
⇒ 10 = 20sin(ωt)
⇒  ωt = sin-1(10/20)
⇒  t = (π/6)/ω = (π/6)/100π
∴ I = 1/600 sec
