- ভারতের তৃতীয় বৃহত্তম ব্যাঙ্ক তৈরি করতে BOB-এর সাথে একীভূতকরণের মাধ্যমে।
- একীভূতকরণ স্কিম অনুসারে, বিজয়া ব্যাঙ্কের শেয়ারহোল্ডাররা মালিকানাধীন প্রতি 1,000 শেয়ারের জন্য 402টি BoB ইক্যুইটি শেয়ার উপার্জন করবে।
