The Correct answer is Option 1.

Key Points

The student should have multiplied by 5/3  but instead multiplied by 3/5.

The error in the result is 5/3 - 3/5  which equals 16/15

To calculate the percentage error, divide the error 16/15  by the correct result 5/3  giving  48/75  and multiply by 100, which results in 64%.

Hence, option 1 is correct.
