According to the Bihar Niyojit Shikshak Sakshamta Pariksha, the applicants must lready be appointed and working as Teachers/librarians in primary/middle/secondary/higher secondary schools of Bihar, run by local bodies.

Nationality 

The applicant must be a citizen of India, provided that it will be necessary for a candidate of the appropriate category to obtain a certificate of eligibility from the state government.
