Area of triangle = (√3/4) (side)2
Calculation
⇒ Area of ΔABC = Area of Quadrilateral BDGF × 3
⇒ Area of ΔABC = 12√3 × 3
⇒Area of ΔABC = 36√3 cm2
⇒ 36√3 = (√3/4) × (side)2
⇒ side = 12 cm
∴ the side of ΔABC is 12 cm
