औसत गति = कुल दूरी/कुल समय
समबाहु त्रिभुज की भुजाएँ समान होती हैं।
गणना:
माना, त्रिभुज की भुजा x किमी है।
जैसा कि हम जानते हैं,
12 किमी/घंटा की गति से x किमी की दूरी तय करने में लगा समय = x/12 घंटा
24 किमी/घंटा की गति से x किमी की दूरी तय करने में लगा समय = x/24 घंटा
