The given op-amp is inverting type, hence the gain is given as:

VoVin=20001000+1jω×106

V0Vin=21+1jω1000

At ω = ∞

Gain=V0Vin=2

At ω = 0

Gain=V0Vin=0

Hence the given op-amp is High Pass Filter.

Now, the  3 dB Cut-off frequency is given as:

ωc=1R1C1=1103×106

ωc = 1000 rad/sec
