Answer (Detailed Solution Below)
Detailed Solution
Download Solution PDFGiven:
The investing ratio of Amuthan and Bhusan = 5 : 3
Chakra's time period = 6 months
Chakra's investment amount = Bhusan's Investment amount
Formula used:
The ratio of profit = Ratio of Investment
Calculation:
Let the investment amount of Amuthan = 5x
Investment amount of Bhusan = 3x
According to the question
Investment amount of Chakra = 3x
According to the above formula
Ratio of profit = 5x × 12 : 3x × 12 : 3x × 6
= 60x : 36x : 18x
= 10: 6 : 3
∴ The correct answer is 10: 6 : 3
