The Joint Integrated Programme in Management Admission Test (JIPMAT) 2025 is the entrance exam for admission to the five-year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) at IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu. Candidates applying for JIPMAT 2025 must meet the eligibility requirements, including educational qualifications, age limit, and reservation criteria. It is better to know the criteria, including who can apply, minimum qualifications, and reservation policies to fill the application form and attempt the exam.
Scoring well won’t be of any benefit if you are not eligible as per the JIPMAT 2025 eligibility criteria. To apply for JIPMAT 2025, candidates must meet the following education criteria:

The percentage of marks will be calculated based on the rules of the respective education board. If no such rule exists, then the aggregate of all subjects in the grade sheet will be considered. |

IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu may have different eligibility conditions. Candidates must check their respective official websites for details. |
Candidates who have completed any of the following equivalent examinations are eligible to apply to the JIPMAT exam:

The Government of India ensures reservation benefits for various categories like general, OBC, SC, ST and PWD. Candidates applying under reserved categories must provide the necessary certificates during the admission process.

Candidates must be listed in the Central List of OBCs at ncbc.nic.in. Those listed only in State lists are not eligible for OBC-NCL reservation. |
SC/ST |
Candidates must provide an official caste certificate to avail of the SC/ST reservation benefits. |
PwD (Persons with Disabilities) |
Candidates with at least 40% disability are eligible for reservation. Those with less than 40% disability, but who have difficulty writing (certified by a competent authority), can also claim reservation. Leprosy-cured candidates who are fit to pursue the course are included in this category. |
Candidates applying under GEN-EWS, OBC-NCL, SC, ST, and PwD categories must produce original certificates in the prescribed format issued by a competent authority. Failing to do so will result in cancellation of the reservation benefit.
As per the Supreme Court judgment (dated 3rd February 2023) in WP (C) 891/2021, OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) candidates who registered before 4th March 2021 will be considered for Indian citizen seats in the General category only.
