Here we need to form an equation in one variable to get one number and the other number can be hence found.
CALCULATION:
Let the two numbers be x and x + 16.
According to the question,
x + x + 16 = 90
⇒ 2x = 74
⇒ x = 37 and x + 16 = 53
∴ Two numbers are 37 and 53
