Given:

Marked Price (MP) = ₹47,500

Selling Price (SP) = ₹41,800

Formula used:

Discount = MP - SP

Discount Percentage = (Discount / MP) × 100

Calculation:

Discount = 47,500 - 41,800 = ₹5,700

Discount % = (5,700 / 47,500) × 100 = 12%

∴ The discount percentage is 12%.
