Given: 

Side of hexagon (a) = 2√3

Formula used: 

⇒ Area of the hexagon = (3√3 ) x a2.
                                            2

Calculation: 

Area of the hexagon 

⇒ 3√3 x (2√3)2 
      2 

⇒ 3√3 x (4x3) = 3√3 x (12) 
      2                    2 

⇒ 3√3 x 6 = 18√3 cm2.

∴ The area of the given hexagon is 18√3 cm2.
