Given:

Expenditure incurred on binding = 30%

Expenditure incurred on printing = 25%

Calculation:

From the pie chart,

Total expenses = 100%

Total Central angle of circle = 360°

⇒ 100% → 360°

The difference between the angle of the pie-chart showing the expenditure incurred on binding and printing = 30 - 25 = 5%

⇒ 5% ≡ (360/100) × 5 = 18°  

∴  The central angle corresponding to the difference between the angle of pie-chart showing the expenditure incurred on binding and printing is 18°.
