Given :- Rivers A and B with constant water speeds a and b merge at point P to form river C with a constant water speed c.

Concept Used :- If boat is moving in opposite direction than the flow. Then speed of boat must me maximum from all the flow speed.

Solution :- If Boat has speed maximum than b and c then it has obviously speed maximum than a.

Hence boat must have speed maximum of b and c.
