Given:

Kevin starts from point A and drives 7 km towards the North. He then takes two simultaneous right turns and drives 2 km and 1 km, respectively.

He then takes a left turn and drives 3 km. He then takes two simultaneous right turns and drives 3 km each.

He takes a final left turn and drives 3 km to reach point B.

Thus, Kevin has to drive 2 km West  to reach Point A again.
