The side of an equilateral triangle is 20 cm

Concept used:

Area of an equilateral triangle = √3a2/4

Here a = side of the triangle 

Calculation:

Area = √3/4 × 202

⇒ √3/4 × 400

⇒ 100√3

∴ The area is 100  cm2.
