Selling price at 20% loss is Rs. 840.

Calculation:

According to the question,

80% of CP = 840

⇒ 0.8CP = 840

⇒ CP = 

⇒ CP = Rs. 1050

To gain 25% 

Selling Price 

= 125% of CP

= 1.25 × 1050

= Rs.1312.50
