Second and third letter → (1) is subtracted from the position value according to the English alphabetic series.

Third and fourth letter → (1) is subtracted from the position value according to the English alphabetic series.

So,

Option - (2): PUTS

Option - (3): AFED

Option - (4): IMNL

Thus, out of all the options "IMNL" is the odd one out.

Hence, "Option - (4)" is the correct answer.
