Sabudana, milk, sugar, chopped nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios), cardamom powder, saffron.
Heat 2 cups of milk in a pan and bring it to a gentle boil. Stir occasionally.
Soak it in 2 cups of fresh clean filtered water for 15 to 20 minutes in a thick bottomed pan or a saucepan.
Mix in sugar, cardamom powder, saffron, and stir well.
Add soaked sabudana to the milk and simmer for 10-15 minutes until pearls turn translucent.

Drizzle lemon juice, add fresh coriander & pomegranate for a burst of flavor.
