Flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, milk, oil, eggs, vanilla & chocolate frosting.
Beat butter & sugar, add eggs & vanilla, mix; sift in flour & baking powder, then slowly stir in milk.
reheat to 350°F, split batter (plain & cocoa), pour into pans & bake 25-30 min.
Stack cakes (white face, chocolate ears), cover with white fondant, add black fondant for eyes, ears & nose.
Your panda cake it ready to serve.
