Realme has introduced a new concept smartphone that has been equipped with a 10,000 mAh battery. As per Realme the phone has been targeted as a solution to daily battery anxiety about losing charge. Although the phone is a concept as of yet, it would seemingly be designed to offer users an extended battery life while maintaining a slim form factor.
Despite the substantial battery capacity, the Prototype measures under 8.5 mm in thickness and weighs over 200g aiming to offer the users with the right balance of portability and performance necessary to succeed in the Indian market.
New Battery Innovation
The technological innovation that has led to such an advancement would be the integration of an Ultra High Silicon – Content anode battery. The New Battery technology features a 10% silicon ratio which as per Realme this is the highest in the smartphone industry. This has led to the contribution to an energy density of 887 WH/l, these specifications are highlighted as a profound advancement in the Lithium Ion Battery performance.
International Patents For New Battery Technology
With the new battery Realme has stepped beyond the normal pursuit of advancement. Realme has further ensured that the phone uses an internal rearrangement intended to create sufficient space for the large battery. The new design innovation has helped Realme gain over 60 international patents. The prototype also includes a Semi transparent back cover offering a view of the internal components, including the battery and the mainboard.
The new advancement would soon find its way into other phones from Realme, and other phone sin the segment would be equipped with a 10,000 mAh battery as well. The 10,000 mAh battery would be the highest in the segment.
