In the recent news, RCB sensation, Yash Dayal, has been charged with mental and physical abuse by a Woman in Uttar Pradesh. FIR has been filed against Dayal, and an official complaint has also reached the Chief Minister, Yogi Adityanath’s office, as the Woman required help from the top authority. To this, the Royal Challengers speedster has not officially released a statement or justification but has posted a story on his official Instagram account, writing just ‘Fearless’, which many spectators are guessing to be regarding the complaint that was lodged against him.

The victim, Ujjwala Singh, in her complaint said that she had been dating Yash Dayal for the last five years and had also been introduced to his family. Ujjwala accused Yash of taking mental, financial, and physical advantage of her. When she came to know of his ill intentions, she was allegedly physically assaulted by the cricketer.
As per the FIR, Ujjwala discovered later that Yash Dayal had similar bogus relationships with several other women too. On 14 June 2025, she had also called the number 181 on the women’s helpline seeking help, but nothing was done at the police station level. As she has found no help from the local police and is economically as well as socially marginalized, Ujjwala Singh has approached the Chief Minister’s office directly seeking justice.
In IPL 2025, RCB gave a stunning performance and won the championship. Yash Dayal was a vital member of the team and contributed significantly to RCB’s success with his bowling. He also gained one wicket in the final game against Punjab. During the season, Dayal played 15 games for the team and gained 13 wickets.
